We ended up contacting Doug after having a horrible experience with another local contractor. Doug and his wife Shonette were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to try to help us. Doug also took us to view 2 homes he had built which was so reassuring to be able to see his beautiful work. We unfortunately had to make the tough decision to move back to Phoenix, but if we ever decide to build again, we will absolutely be contacting them.

They made the whole process easy to understand, always available to answer our questions and very responsive whenever we needed them. We LOVE our home! Doug and Shonette are thorough professionals, that make you feel as if your project is the only one that they have going on. Throughout the build, their communication with us and their subcontractors was excellent and ensured work was completed on time and within budget. Their rapport with the HOA's and various City authorities was another factor that enabled us to meet and pass inspections, without incurring costly delays. However, unquestionably, it is their personalities and character that have impressed us the most! They care and take pride in their work.
